How It Works
- Select how many people are in your bubble (min of 6).
- Choose & build your Bubble set menu.
- Pre order your Bubble set menu, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
- Set the table and we will deliver your Bubble to you at the time and place you require
As this is a set menu this will usually mean that if somebody in your party for example, has a peanut allergy, peanuts will be exempt from all dishes across the board. Substituting or removing ingredients can affect the final flavour of our dishes, so we recommend only doing this for genuine dietary & allergy issues. If you have any concerns about any of the dishes our head chef Nigel will be available to discuss these matters with you.

Tiger Prawn Cocktail
Traditional – Poached tiger prawns in lemon & parsley, shredded iceberg lettuce, diced cucumber, riquito peppers, spring onions, Marie Rose sauce, smoked paprika, croutons.
Thai - Tiger prawns poached in coconut & ginger, shredded baby gem lettuce, carrot strips, cucumber batons, sweet lime mayonnaise, sliced chilli, coriander, toasted black & white sesame seeds, Thai crackers.
Mexican – Poached tiger prawns, shredded baby gem salad, diced tomato, diced red onion, avocado, fresh lime, coriander, chipotles mayonnaise, fried tortilla chips.
The Italian Job Antipasti – Salami, air cured ham, buffalo mozzarella, semi dried heritage tomatoes, Sicilian olives, fresh pesto, char grilled courgette, handmade Rustic bread, parmesan shavings.
Chicken & Sweetcorn Chowder – Diced onions & leeks, diced potatoes, sweetcorn kernels, thyme, fresh chicken stock, shredded chicken, black pepper, double cream, warm rustic handmade baguettes & whipped butter.
Salmon & Dill Chowder – Diced onion & leeks, diced potato, fresh fish stock, salmon fillet, chopped dill, double cream, warm rustic handmade baguettes & whipped butter.
Langoustine Bisque – Rich bisque made from roast langoustine & fish stock, brandy, tomato, saffron, warm rustic baguettes & aioli.
The Old Smoky – Smoked haddock, tiger prawns, cubed potato, garden peas, saffron thermidor sauce, cheddar & mozzarella cheese glaze.
Crispy Confit Duck Leg – Gressingham duck leg marinated in thyme & sea salt, slow cooked in goose fat, finished in a hot oven for a crispy skin, roasted plum & cinnamon compote.
Chicken Liver & Honey Parfait – Smooth chicken liver parfait flavoured with blossom honey, cornichons, olives, salad, toasted brioche.

Rolled Belly of Pork With Pork Scratchings £28pp - Belly pork rubbed with fennel, herbs & sea salt slow cooked in a water bath for 24 hours and finished in a hot oven served with apple sauce, pork scratching's & blond gravy.
Salmon En Croute £30pp – Salmon fillet with cream cheese & tarragon centre, wrapped in glazed puff pastry served with lemon butter sauce.
Fillet of Welsh Beef Wellington £37pp – Fillet steak sealed on the charcoal grill then wrapped in glazed puff pastry with a wild mushroom, brandy & tarragon mousse cooked to medium served with reduced beef stock & Marsala wine sauce.
Slow Braised Shank of Welsh Lamb £28pp– Rubbed & marinated with black pepper, rosemary & garlic, slow cooked served with a reduced lamb stock sauce finished with red current.
8oz Welsh Rib Eye Steak £35pp – Ribeye of Welsh beef cooked Pink or Cooked Through served with 3 peppercorn sauce.
Duo of Gressingham Duck £30pp – Duck breast marinated in olive oil; thyme & pink peppercorns cooked pink & crispy confit duck leg served with an Amarene cherry sauce.
