 Natural Smoked Haddock, Tiger Prawns, Cubed Potatoes, Garden Peas In A Saffron Thermidor Sauce Baked With A Mozzarella & Smokey Cheese Glaze


Stilton Mushrooms With A Shot of Ruby Port (v)

Mixed mushrooms sauteed in butter with onions & garlic baked in a creamy stilton sauce served with charred rustic bread accompanied with a shot of ruby port  


Chicken Liver & Honey Parfait (gfa)

Smooth chicken liver parfait flavoured with local honey, cornichons, pickles, beetroot, croutons & toasted bloomer bread

Turkey breast, roast potatoes, mash potatoes, chestnut  stuffing, pigs in blankets, Yorkshire pudding, turkey gravy, chefs cranberry sauce

Boneless chicken thighs slow cooked in paprika & cinnamon spices with apricots, chickpeas, spiced brussels sprouts, crumbled feta cheese, pomegranate seeds & coriander

Butternut squash twice cooked & charred, mash potato, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, chestnut stuffing, vegetarian thyme gravy, meatless pigs in blankets

Welsh beef shoulder steak slow cooked with stock, onions & treacle served with buttered mash potato, roast potato, pigs in blankets &  Yorkshire pudding

Parsnip puree, fried new potatoes, roast brocoli, chive butter

8oz Welsh Rib Eye Steak (£10 Supplement) 

Welsh rib eye steak cooked to preference, sauteed mushrooms, skin on chips, marinated baby tomatoes, truffle dressed shoots & herbs, peppercorn or red wine & port sauce
